Call Blocking and Deny List
If you're receiving unwanted calls, we've got you covered. Our Call Blocking and Deny List feature allows you to block specific numbers that are causing disturbances, ensuring a more peaceful work environment.
How it works: When you report a number for blocking, we document the caller ID, call frequency, and the reason for blocking. If necessary, we create a FusionPBX deny-list entry to prevent future calls from the same number.
What to do: If you encounter a caller that you'd like to block, simply let us know the number, and we'll take care of the rest.
Important: This feature is not intended for misdials or wrong numbers that do not require blocking.
