Queues
FusionPBX Queues are basic FIFO waiting lines. FusionPBX notes this feature is rarely used for call-center style work, where Call Center queues are usually the better fit.

Do not use when: the issue belongs to a more specific FusionPBX feature path or is outside the Applications menu.
Agent should: confirm whether Applications > Queues is appropriate or whether Call Center queues should be used instead.
