FusionPBX Recordings manages sound files used for IVRs, phrases, greetings, and prompts. You can upload files or create recordings by phone with *732 when configured.

Do not use when: the issue belongs to a more specific FusionPBX feature path or is outside the Applications menu.
Agent should: confirm audio format, recording purpose, PIN, upload/create method, and where the recording is applied.
