Caller may say: ring group, ring multiple extensions, simultaneous ring, sequence ring, caller ID prefix.
Do not use when: the issue belongs to a more specific FusionPBX feature path or is outside the Applications menu.
Agent should: confirm extension, strategy, destinations, prompt-to-accept, caller ID prefixes, ringback, and whether destinations are registered/local or external.
