Check FusionPBX Voicemail
Use when a user needs the feature codes or menu path to access voicemail, check another mailbox, change greeting/name/password, or verify remote voicemail access.
To check voicemail from your own FusionPBX extension, dial *97 or use the phone's voicemail button.
To check a different mailbox, dial *98 and follow the prompts. Some systems also support dialing *99 followed by the extension to reach a specific mailbox.
From the voicemail menu, advanced options let you record a greeting, choose a greeting, record your name, or change the mailbox password.
Remote access by calling your extension and pressing * during the greeting may be disabled unless the system administrator has enabled remote voicemail access.
