Call Block
FusionPBX Call Block can reject, busy, transfer, or otherwise handle calls that match an inbound caller or outbound destination. Exact matching matters, so document the number format and test the block after saving.

Caller may say: call block, block a caller, block outbound calls, reject this number, caller ID block.
Do not use when: the issue belongs to a more specific FusionPBX feature path or is outside the Applications menu.
Agent should: confirm direction, exact number/name match, affected extension, action, and whether outbound blocking requires a supporting dialplan entry.
