Caller may say: call broadcast, broadcast calls, light dialer, send broadcast, stop broadcast.
Do not use when: the issue belongs to a more specific FusionPBX feature path or is outside the Applications menu.
Agent should: confirm campaign name, caller ID, timeout, concurrent limit, destination, phone-number list format, voicemail detection, and stop/start expectations.
