FusionPBX Conference Profiles are reusable groups of conference parameters such as audio rate, controls, prompts, and behavior settings.

Caller may say: conference profile, conference audio rate, conference sounds, caller controls, moderator controls.
Do not use when: the issue belongs to a more specific FusionPBX feature path or is outside the Applications menu.
Agent should: confirm the target profile, audio/behavior settings, control sets, and sound files before changing live conference behavior.
