FusionPBX Follow Me defines alternate inbound call handling for an extension, such as ringing the desk phone and an external number or forwarding when the endpoint is busy, unanswered, or not registered.

Caller may say: follow me, ring my desk and cell, no answer forward, not registered forward, ignore busy.
Do not use when: the issue belongs to a more specific FusionPBX feature path or is outside the Applications menu.
Agent should: confirm whether the extension itself should ring, destination order, delay, timeout, prompt-to-accept, DND, and voicemail override behavior.
