Resources supplement Knowledge Base articles with downloadable documents, images, and reference links.
Resource Types
- URL Links — reference external documentation, vendor pages, or tools
- File Uploads — attach documents, images, and media directly to the KB
Supported File Formats
Documents (PDF, TXT, MD, CSV), images (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP), audio (MP3, WAV), and video (MP4, WebM) — up to 10MB per file.
Public Access
Uploaded images can be served publicly for embedding in KB articles and the website. Files are stored securely with UUID filenames and served with appropriate cache headers.
