Transcript and Translation Tab
Explore the Transcript and Translation Tab to review live transcriptions, translations, and agent text-to-voice responses. This feature also supports Quick Responses, Deepgram, AWS Translate, and Amazon Polly playback. If you need to send audio to the caller, adjust language settings, or check the language of your responses, this is the place to do it.
Note: This feature is not intended for issues not specific to the Agent Panel. Ensure your language selection is correct and the agent assist backend is functioning properly before proceeding.
Navigate to the Transcript and Translation Tab for seamless communication with your callers.
