Responses Tab
Welcome to the Responses Tab! This feature allows you to create and manage canned text-to-voice responses for your business calls. You can use terms like "canned response," "response," "quick response," "variable," and "Polly response" to access this feature.
Note: This tab is not for issues not specific to the Agent Panel feature.
Within the Responses Tab, you can set the scope, language, sort order, and safe markup for your responses. This ensures your responses are tailored to your business needs and are delivered smoothly over the phone.
