Email Data Retention and Deletion
Bigfoot Voice retains email data only as long as necessary for service delivery and legal compliance. You have the right to request deletion of your email-related data.
What We Retain
- CRM Email Records — email metadata (sender, subject, timestamps) associated with your cases is retained for the life of the case
- Case Notes — email content captured in case notes follows standard case retention
- Verification Emails — AI Agent verification codes are transient and not stored after use
Requesting Deletion
To request deletion of your email-related data:
- Contact our support team by phone or email (help@bigfootvoice.com)
- Specify what data you want deleted (contact email, case notes, conversation history)
- We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days
Retention Exceptions
Some records may be retained when required by law, regulation, or active legal proceedings. We will inform you if any part of your deletion request cannot be fulfilled and explain the reason.
