Liability
- Bigfoot Voice assumes responsibility for AI-generated responses presented to customers
- No binding decisions — the AI cannot authorize billing changes, service modifications, or contractual commitments
- Same remediation as human error — if the AI provides incorrect information, we acknowledge it, correct it, and document the improvement
- Human assistance always available — you can request to speak with a person at any time
