Bigfoot Voice takes a privacy-first approach to AI. Your interactions with our AI Agent are processed securely on our own infrastructure, and your data is never shared with external AI providers.
Lawful Processing
- Local AI Infrastructure — our language model runs on our own servers, not through third-party AI APIs like OpenAI or Google
- Purpose-Limited — your messages are processed solely to provide customer service responses
- No External Sharing — customer conversation data is never sent to, processed by, or stored on external AI platforms
Data Lineage and Quality
- Training Data Source — our AI is trained exclusively on our internal Knowledge Base content, not on customer conversations
- Approved Content Only — only published, reviewed, and approved KB articles enter the AI training pipeline
- Auditable Pipeline — every training run produces a manifest documenting exactly which articles were included
How We Use Interaction Data
We analyze search patterns and unmatched queries in aggregate to identify gaps in our Knowledge Base. For example, if many visitors ask about a topic we haven't documented, we create new content to address it. This analysis is about improving our documentation — not tracking individuals.
